Week One Goals -Taylor

Yay! I'm excited to be back and SUPER motivated!  Ok here are my week ONE goals:

H2O: at least 64oz EVERYDAY!
 
WORKOUTS: at least 30 minutes 5 out of 7 days this week

CALORIES: under 1400 calories daily (I'm using myfitnesspal.com to track calories)

What motivates me?....Well I LOVE looking at weightloss blogs!  I love seeing regular ppl doing amazing things!  Lately I have been reading runsforcookies.com!  She is so inspiring!

Well here we go!  I weighed in this morning and took measurements so I'm excited to see what next Wednesday says!  Good luck!!!
