day 1 - Brooke

So yesterday was a really good day!! I was under my calories and I did my upper body work out. I missed my running thought. I also ate all whole foods.

This morning I made a "green smoothie". My friend Shannon told me about them a few weeks ago. The first time I made it I added protein powder and it was so gross.

This morning I made it just like she told me and it was delicious!


Graham loved it too!


So this is how I made it:

1/3 cup plain greek yogurt 

1/3 cup of the following fruit (you can use fresh or frozen) : peaches, raspberries, and blueberries

1 T flaxseed

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup vanilla almond milk
