Weekends=The Devil -Taylor

I'm starting to hate weekends!!!!  When it comes to exercising and eating right, weekends=the devil!  When I'm working I don't have time to snack and I only get a 30 minute lunch break so it's not hard to stay on track THEN I bring my workout stuff to school and just workout in my classroom so it works out great.  Now on weekends I bake goodies all day and do anything BUT workout.  I'm thinking of changing "weigh in Wednesday" to "weigh in Friday"....what do you think?  That way any "damage" I do over the weekend I can hopefully work off by Friday!  Any ideas on how to stay on track over the weekends???
